There is always hot debate in eastern society about untouchability and Dalit. Most people believe that this problem comes from Hinduism culture, but there are no any facts in holy books like Veda and Purans.
Who Are Indigenous, Who Are Outlandish ?

I met a teacher few days ago in a hotel in Charikot. He informed me he is a teacher of primary school and tribe was Magar. We talked about society's development and so on. We turn to discuss about his school where he teaches. He said about his school's education quality, "Sir in my school 4 Dalit students are studying. Government of Nepal gives them scholarship when they join school. My school some Chhetri Brahman child studied too. Comparatively Dalit's economical status is better than Chhetri Brahman in there. Other children are sharpen than Dalit children in studying too but government didn’t provide any financial support for their, therefore they dropout in primary level."
I felt this is not a problem at the beginning. I found it is a big problem after some days. Many question raise in my mind which haven't any answer with me. How feel that child who was growing in this kind of discriminated society. How we define this situation where a child grow in scarcity and government also discriminate because of birth. Aren't all citizens equal for state view?
In reality whatever do anyone this nation now. No one organize debate in society about nation's rule and regulation like the version of god, which we must follow without any comment. No doubt anyone get rights without any discrimination. This doesn't mean state discriminate for anyone.
Nowadays debate held in society the first priority given to the indigenous people for use natural resources because of ILO 169. Government of Nepal declares someone indigenous and someone Janajati like donation. All the researchers are agreed that Nepal's all tribes are migrated to Nepal from other place. They also agreed all the tribes are living together at the same time. We can say there are no one indigenous and no one outlandish because of researchers' research.
No one haven't clearly knows which tribe living here from when in Nepal. Nowadays state started practiced someone have first right and someone have second right where as government announce the entire citizen are equal by law. Is it improved society we wanted to be formed? Scientists are agreeing that all human kind have not equal excellence. How we define the debate someone is capable in a tribe is called the whole tribe was capable. Nepal's Rijan Karki challenges Einstein's E=Mc2 theory. It doesn't mean all Nepalese have equal ability like Rijan. Even his relatives haven't equal ability. If so how judicial classified someone higher class or lower class because of birth. Isn't it modern caste discriminated which is traditionally runs in our society? Traditional discrimination was based on named of culture which get more time for figure out. How much time spend for solve this new discrimination? Have you any idea?
